How Intelligent Upload Works
- • Automatically detects devices (copier configurations) vs accessories (trays, fax, toner)
- • Auto-links all accessories to all devices on the same sheet
- • Recognizes categories (Paper Trays, Fax Kits, Finishers, Consumables, etc.)
- • Updates pricing for existing items and creates new ones
- • Devices must exist first — use the "Add Single Product" tab or ask a SuperAdmin to create the base device with full specs before uploading accessories

Upload Accessories
Bulk import accessories from a spreadsheet and link to devices
- • Paste a list (
part number | descriptionper line) or upload a spreadsheet (Col A = Part #, Col B = Description) - • Select one or more models and the whole list links to all of them at once
- • Tick Star on a row to mark it a featured accessory for those models
- • New accessories are created; existing ones (by part number) are updated. Re-loading is safe (no duplicates)
Paste Accessories
One per line: part number | description (a tab also works). Blank lines, dashed separators and header rows are ignored.
Preview & Configure
Pick one or more models — the whole list links to each. Leave empty to just create/update the accessories.
